This service is currently offered in-person or through Telehealth, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and experiences. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Creative Expression Therapy
Sometimes talking about trauma and experiences can be difficult. This time will be spent utilizing the medium of art for self-expression and processing of deeper traumas and experiences.

Play Therapy
Couples/ Family Therapy
These sessions are currently offered in-person at our clinic location! These sessions are for children 3-11 years old. Play therapy utilizes play, children's natural medium of expression, to help them process their feelings through toys instead of words.
