Creative Expression Therapy
Sometimes talking about trauma and experiences can be difficult. This time will be spent utilizing the medium of art for self-expression and processing of deeper traumas and experiences.

Play Therapy
Not currently offered due to currently accepting telehealth-only clients but our office is making changes to be able to offer Play Therapy in the near future so stay tuned! These sessions are for children 3-11 years old. Play therapy utilizes play, children's natural medium of expression, to help them process their feelings through toys instead of words.
